  • Margin Expansion: Spearheaded the 0-to-1 automation of complex post-booking modification and cancellation flows across multiple verticals on web and mobile. 50% reduction in cost-to-serve on mobile through implementation of automated post booking flows to lay the foundation for aggressive growth goals.
  • Group Management Responsibilities: Established and scaled the mobile tribe encompassing 3-4 product squads and managed a team of Product Managers through multiple promotions. Responsibilities included direct reporting on business metrics to senior leadership, team resourcing and allocation.

  • Technical Strategy: Championed and implemented a Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture, decoupling mobile applications from the monolithic web codebase.
